For many years, I have seen people doing digital artwork of their favorite Anime/Manga. From wallpapers, renders, vectors, to illustrations; in a way, it is the future of complex drawings. Many artists have moved away from traditional media, but still there are plenty of people that just can’t let go of their pen and paper, I consider myself one of those people.

To anyone that has attended an Anime convention, chances are, you have seen a both selling markers, most likely, Copic markers. Copic is one of the most common brands in Anime/Manga illustration. They are also used in other industries like fashion design, architecture, automotive design, and so on.

This Blog was created to share my experiences with traditional illustration, as well to provide help to those who want to let go of Photoshop. Although it will be mostly focused on Copic markers, you can really use any brand of markers that you feel comfortable, and can afford.
